Who we share your data with

This website is uses several “plugins” to deliver content and to run the shop. Any contact information and product orders you submit to us will be passed to Printful for shipping. This is a safe and encrypted transfer. No data is “sold” to 3rd parties. Any data transfers that take place are for the sole reason of allowing this website, shop and membership platform to work seamlessly.

We use ActiveCampaign CRM as our platform of choice for segmenting users of this website. When your info transfers to ActiveCampaign (safe and encrypted), automations are in place to determine if you are a member, customer or newsletter subscriber. Your info is then stored in the relevant list.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment / review, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website, we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Where we send your data

Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.

Your contact information

Depending on your interaction with this site, we may need to collect your billing address, shipping address, name, and email. This is only used to allow the website and shop to work seamlessly.

How we protect your data

Our SSL certificate protects your sensitive data (eg. credit card information / passwords) when passed through our site. All other data is stored on our secure servers. Our server is private (not shared with other 3rd party websites), and is protected 24/7 by automated and manual services.
